The PADI App is the ultimate mobile hub for PADI divers, bringing a number of useful scuba tools to your fingertips whenever and wherever you may be travelling.
Now, we are excited to announce that with the latest update release, the PADI App is now available to download free of charge in eight different languages: English, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish and Thai – and there’s more to come in the future!

Ever wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater? If you want to try scuba diving, but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, then the PADI Discover scuba diving experience in Cape Town offered by Ocean Experiences is perfect for you. While not a scuba certification course, the Discover Scuba Diving Experience is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world.
The Discover Scuba Diver program consists of a pool session with an instructor to get you comfortable in the water, learn important scuba skills, bouyancy and introduce you to breathing underwater.
If all the standards are met in the pool, your instructor will the take you to the Open Water Dive site where they will brief and guide you on your first Ocean Dive.
